The Chainsmokers believe Russell Westbrook is 'the real MVP'

No matter who is named MVP at the inaugural NBA Awards show in June, Russell Westbrook will be "the real MVP," according to The Chainsmokers.

On Friday night, the DJs posted a picture with the Oklahoma City Thunder superstar at a Las Vegas nightclub that included a short caption.

Westbrook, who became the first player since Oscar Robertson during the 1961-62 season to average a triple-double, couldn't help but agree with The Chainsmokers' assessment.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Westbrook is just one of several basketball stars recently to have spent time in Sin City.

The NBA Awards show is slated for June 26 and will be hosted by rapper Drake.
