Falcons coach Dan Quinn said right tackle Ryan Schraeder still needs to be cleared by the independent neurologist before returning to play. Schraeder feeling better but would have to participate Friday. Schraeder had been using a new technology advanced helmet, but the angle just wasn't right on the block where he sustained the concussion. He's on the way back to recovery, Quinn said. But too early to say if he'll be ready to play vs. Lions on Sunday.

The Falcons cornerback had a 15-yard fumble return for a TD and also had an interception to set up a touchdown in the Falcons' 34-23 win over the Packers. Trufant, a one-time Pro Bowler, back this season after missing the last half of 2016 following pectoral surgery.
