• Kerry Collins threw a pair of touchdown passes, his first multi-TD game since 2005, to lead the Titans to their franchise record 12th straight win.
• Collins threw for 289 yards, his first game over 200 this season. The Titans hadn't had a QB go over 200 yards passing since Week 13 of 2007.
• The Titans 20 rushing yards as a team were one more than the fewest they've ever had in a game.
• Rex Grossman threw a TD to Matt Forte to cap off the Bears opening drive, the first time this season the Titans have allowed a TD on their opponent's opening drive. Including that drive, Tennessee has allowed only 23 points in the first quarter this season.

While Titans star linebacker Keith Bulluck appeared in his 106th straight game after cracking cartilage in his ribs against Green Bay, two-time Pro Bowl defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch sat out with a groin strain. ... The Titans also got a scare in the third quarter when fullback Hall suffered a mild concussion after being hit by Lance Briggs. ... Tennessee has rushed for 19 yards twice in a game, most recently when the Houston Oilers did it against San Diego on Dec. 12, 1965. ...
