Curry to begin practicing as rehab continues

Stephen Curry, who has missed Golden State's last 13 games after spraining his left MCL on March 23, will begin participating in modified team practices on Saturday. He'll be re-evaluated in one week, the team said.

ESPN Sources: Golden State guard Stephen Curry will begin participating in portions of practice starting tomorrow. His re-evaluation occurred today.

Kevin Durant tells ESPN "I'm good. It's nothing" when asked about his ankle sprain. He said "it was a quick roll. It didn't completely turn. I'm fine." He's a go for Sunday.

Durant leads Warriors to 3-0 lead over mourning Spurs

Kevin Durant had 26 points, nine rebounds and six assists, and the Golden State Warriors beat San Antonio 110-97 on Thursday night for a 3-0 series lead over the Spurs, who were still reeling from the death of Gregg Popovich's wife, Erin.

Warriors swingman Klay Thompson said he never met the late Erin Popovich, but, Thompson said, "She had to put up with Pop, so I know she's an amazing woman and he's an amazing man. Just very unfortunate part of life. Our thoughts are with them. I couldn't imagine what they're going through." Thompson added of Spurs coach Gregg Popovich and why he's so beloved, "He's a voice for a lot of people who don't have one. He's a very thoughtful man and just has a great mind to him -- not just with basketball but with his world views and everything outside this arena."
