Rangers RF Nomar Mazara hit his 30th home run in the majors on Tuesday at the age of 22 years and 55 days. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the only Texas players who reached 30 homers at a younger age than Mazara were Ruben Sierra in 1987 (21 years, 286 days) and Juan Gonzalez in 1991 (21 years, 312 days).
