Tough day on the injury front, as two of the top 30 starting pitchers of the past month, Danny Salazar (No. 29 on the Player Rater) and Alex Wood (No. 25), the No. 16 overall player during that same time frame, Joey Gallo, and the No. 30 player for the season, Cody Bellinger, all landed in the DL. Of those, Salazar's is of greatest concern, as it's his third DL stint in the past 13 months and second for an elbow issue. I can't say I'd plan on him contributing to fantasy teams the rest of the way.

After losing Sunday, the Dodgers avoided dropping consecutive games for the first time since July 20-21 with Monday's 6-5 victory. Los Angeles is 25-10 (.714) following a loss this season, on pace to be the third-best mark by a team since 1969.
