Nowell pops for 32 as Washington beats Belmont 86-82

Freshman Jaylen Nowell scored 25 of his 32 points in the second half and Washington rallied from nine points down in the final five minutes to beat Belmont 86-82 on Friday night in Mike Hopkins debut as the Huskies head coach.

Pairings announced for semifinals of 2K Classic

Providence will meet Washington and Virginia Tech will play Saint Louis in the semifinals of the 23rd annual 2K Classic at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 16-17.
